Eh I'm sure most users don't even notice or care about the internal
urls of a site, and this is creating problems there aren't any - I'd
hope you have more important things to worry about in devel.  Could
always do it with the #s for now, and once you're up and running if
it's really an issue, go back and try to solve it.
