I developed my application with Firefox, Chrome and IE7, here it works. But when I test with IE8, the page hangs before the module is loaded. In the server log I see 404 error for /myModule/ undefined.cache.html: apparently the hash calculation failed in the "myModule.nocache.js" script. I'm trying to debug it somehow, but until then maybe someone else had the same problem and has a solution...
