hi jantekb this is definetely not a bug but you can say more of a feature.:-) the reason bieng is that when you are giving the size in px you are mentioning the absolute size so the fixed size thus you observed that but when you are giving the size in percentage there is no refrence to any fixed size so it resizes according to widgets added on to it to observe the desired result i would rather suggest to first create a panel with a Definite "static" size and then work with relative size on it to get your desired result.
