To clarify, this idea's only merit (assuming it has any), is just to
reduce the number of source files, and to keep synchronous and
asynchronous interfaces in one file, helpful because changing one
always requires changing the other.

With the async version an inner interface, its name would always be
"Async", and so the pair would be referenced as "FooService" and
"FooService.Async".
