Er, no. I'd rather say: if you choose to use RF, then use it (at least) for entities and related value objects (CRUD or not); for value objects that are not 'connected' in any way to your entities, then you have the choice (but I'd go with RF and ValueProxy-s too; it feels strange to mix RF and RPC in the same app if you ask me)
