If you want a true form, then use FormPanel (http://google-web- toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/javadoc/latest/com/google/gwt/user/client/ ui/FormPanel.html) otherwise any panel like FlowPanel. UiBinder (http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/doc/latest/DevGuideUiBinder.html) makes it easier to create the panel. Add CSS to style it appropriately(not tables).
