GPE has a dependency on components from the web tools platform, which is project thats part of eclipse.org. You may want to check and see if you have the main eclipse helios update site available in your available software sites (same place you added the GPE update site) and enabled. For some reason, some installs appear not to have them available immediately after install.
If its not there for some reason, you should be able to add it through the same way you added the GPE update site, and when you attempt to install GPE it should pick up the dependency properly and give you the ability to fulfill the installation request. helios release update site: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/ One final note: You'll probably have better longevity going forward setting up on the current platform (Indigo/3.7) as opposed to the prior platform (Helios/3.6). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
