The toolbar in the rich text editor in the showcase example is missing the RTL and LTR buttons that allow the user to specify that the text is RTL.
Without these buttons, the text is not truly RTL. For instance even if entering Hebrew/Arabic text aligned to the right, bullets are on the left.
