Ouch, jgraph looks nice, but not at $5500. You can do much of this with 
GraphViz <http://www.graphviz.org/Gallery.php> for $0.

Or, it might just be easier to roll your own with 
Raphael4Gwt<http://code.google.com/p/raphael4gwt/>if you just need what is 
pictured (which might be easiest give the 
uniqueness of your chart).


Oh, and not to be a PITA, but the engineer in me is twitching over the 
number of decimal places on those chart values. Hope the above helps.
