Correct, path "does not exist".

However, for me, it didn't completely break the dev mode.  It would throw 
up the "Unable to initialize static dispatcher" message usually on the 
first load, then when I refreshed the page, it would work.  Once I removed 
the invalid path, I've not seen the message again.

GWT 2.4.0, Eclipse Juno, Win 7.
