When downloading from Help -> Install New Software -> we got .... : ( Unable to read repository at http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/content.xml. Unable to read repository at http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/content.xml. Read timed out How to fix them.. by the way , we used STS 2.9.1 and GWT 2.4 , We want to upgrade STS to 3.1 .
