What are the CSS3 Animation/Transition plans? I mean: will there be a kind of browser independent "CSS3 Animation/Transition" API? (when/how/where?) I understand that m-gwt will be part of the gwt core and m-gwt has some cool CSS3 Animation/Transition. I am asking this such that we can make our own plans: wait, use m-gwt, or jquery, other framework, etc..
