this in your spare time ;)

IMHO, adoption of Google Health will get a major push as the number of
practices that integrate goes up. Not having a bounded and secure
email id in the context of the practice is always a problem for
practices we have spoken to. From your perspective, all the practice
has to do is use the patients google id (or have the patient sign up
with google) and thats perfectly true. But, from the practice's
perspective, them being able to provide a [email protected] id where
they have the ability to create the id and upload the user's health
data is much more alluring.

Google already provides Apps & Health so this seemed like a no brainer
to me.
