If you google for "google health synchronization" it is the 2nd result, under the listing for this thread. http://code.google.com/apis/health/docs/2.0/developers_guide_protocol.html#SynchData You will find that your posts elicit better responses when you show that you've tried what you can on your side, including reading the documentation (RT_M - fill in the blank). Had your question been specific to usage of the updated-min query parameter, for example, then I could see people responding.
