"Z"  Stands for Zulu time.  The CCR standard uses the ISO 8601  
standard for representing datetime.  Representations of other  
timezones are valid, but I would recommend that you stick with zulu  
if you can.  There are some challenges with daylight savings time in  
converting between timezones.
