I can't help but wonder if during your "deep analysis" if you read the
Terms of Service?
I read your website and your "About Us" says:

But item #2 of the GH TOS is (notice the last sentence):

So I'm curious as to how you and GH have reconciled this issue? Since I
am a US citizen but living in Brazil and building an open source project
I wanted to include GH capabilities as part of the platform. The TOS
seems to make this a useless effort.
