Guys, I have a serious doubt how I must to proceed to use google health in my monograph. I am from Brazil and we do not have a national program ou goverment initiative about that. So, my monograph's topic is a study and proposition to use the concept of PHR, gathering information about ethics,morals and laws and intent to develop a prototype that will integrate some number of health records of a real hospital, here in my country. But, I do no know how to proceed, because is a prototype, even with a real institution. Then, I don't know if I can develop a web or desktop prototype to integrate and communicate with health record of another users (under their agreement), without make a formal registration with Google.
