I feel like I followed all the instructions for "Domain Registration &
Signing Requests" (http://code.google.com/apis/health/
getting_started.html#DomainRegistration).

1. I registered my domain with Google. My domain (qa.midsoutheha.org)
is listed in the "Manage Domains" tool (https://www.google.com/
accounts/ManageDomains).

2. I registered me domain with Google Health. I have an e-mail reply
confirming this, which says, in part:
   > register_domains: qa.midsoutheha.org
   > date_signed: 2009-08-27 08:19:39

3. I created my public certificate. The "Manage Domains" tool says
"We have a certificate for your domain."

4. I am signing all my AuthSub requests. I feel sure this is working
properly because I have debugged my application on h9.

I started with my registered domain successfully connecting to /h9 but
without signing my requests.
Next, I successfully changed my application to start signing requests,
still connecting to /h9.
Now, I am changed my application to connect to /health instead of /h9,
but I receive "Sharing denied: unregistered provider:
qa.midsoutheha.org". Did I miss a step?

Any advice is appreciated.
