Is there a way to query for notices on the register feed that have not yet been read?
I was expecting something like this to work: https://www.google.com/health/feeds/register/ui/XXXXX/-/ReadStatus/{http://schemas.google.com/health/metadata}false I could just retrieve all notices and filter them on the client side, but I'm developing for a mobile device and want to use as little bandwidth as possible.
