HI I'm new in this group. So I would like to ask something about buildup third party software with google health. My company interest to build a kind of PHR which provide the DICOM image viewer over internet. So my question is google health allow third party read medical image from uploading file field? if possible, can user just give us permission to grab all they images and store on our server (store some meta in DICOM for future query)?
