Would you be able to assist with the following issues we are encountering on the www.google.com/h9 test site?
We are unable to log into the 6 test accounts that were provided to us for testing Google messages. Access to them has been sporadic all week, but now we aren’t able to get into any of them. We are using FireFox, we’re accepting cookies and have emptied our cache already and still no luck. Are these accounts locked out, invalid, or is something going on with the system that is preventing us from logging in with them? Is anything wrong with the system? Hyperlinks within the html messages/notices do not work (JavaScript Void error appears in the status bar). Is there a workaround that will make them work? If you want to see exactly what I am referring to log into the BCBSMA.test15 account and you will see a message from 5 PM last night. That message has hyperlinks in it which are not working even though they are coded correctly.
