Hi Brad,

If you're authenticating with AuthSub, you can check the token using
the AuthSubTokenInfo (link follows) service as well. I don't know of
an equivalent service for OAuth, however.

http://code.google.com/apis/accounts/docs/AuthSub.html#AuthSubTokenInfo

With either AuthSub or OAuth, if your application is configured for
read/write access to Health, you can access the profile ("user"?) feed
using HTTP GET to detect if a user has unlinked their account via
Health. The different Health feeds and the how they can be accessed
using the various authentication methods is described at the following
locations:

http://code.google.com/apis/health/docs/2.0/reference.html#Feeds
http://code.google.com/apis/health/docs/2.0/reference.html#Authentication

Cheers!

Paul
