Hi Nick,

It might be good to try removing the HealthTool from the equation and
see if you're able to post the CCR into your profile by another
means.  The Mt. Tabor tool or the OAuth Playground (link below) should
help you do just that.  If you can post the CCR by another means, then
the HealthTool would be suspect.  I unfortunately can't test the
HealthTool myself at the moment, but perhaps someone else in the forum
would be kind enough to give it a try with aforementioned CCR?
