Hi Kanaya, The process of registering a domain for access to Health can be found at the following location:
http://code.google.com/apis/health/getting_started.html#DomainRegistration Once you've completed the second step, and you've receive an email from the Health team that your domain has been registered, you should no longer get the "unregistered provider" error. Also, we only register domain names and not IP addresses, since there are complexities with using the latter (internal IPs, NAT, DHCP, etc.).
