We are an EHR vendor and would like to allow our clients to sync
information in their patient's charts to the patient's Google Health
account. I would like to explain the workflow we have created and ask
some questions and get some comments and opinions from you guys.
Please see our workflow as described below:

        • Patient signs form to authorize physician access to their Google
Health account
        • The practice will provide a printout for the patient containing a
URL, a one-time
use activation code, and security question/answer to enter via our
webportal
           activation site
        • The patient then visits our site, enters the activation code and
security answer
and is redirected to their Google Health account for them to
authorize the link
        • The patient is then re-directed back to our site where we capture
the one-time use
token, exchange it for a session token and store it in our
database
        • The physicians practice can now sync data with the patients Google
Health account

Will this workflow work? How can we make Google Health see each of our
client's practices as distinct data providers? Will we have to use
different URLs or sub-domains for each practice? Any suggestions for
improving our workflow?
