We will be sort of a middle-man between the clinics that we service and their patients. Because we will be a data provider only all we really want to do is provide the initial linking of the users account on our website. For this we have developed a system where a patient is given a single-use token to enter instead of a username and password. This is because we do not want to manage accounts. This conflicts with the Google Health developer policy somewhat in that we won't be able to provide an "Unlink from Google Health" link on our site. Would it be permissible for us to provide this unlink function in our software on the clinic side and have the patient call or visit the clinic to unlink their account?
