Here's some additional info.

If I download a GDataEntryHealthProfile I can upload the unaltered
original back without any problem.

If I extract the ContinuityOfCareRecord from the profile I can create
a new GDataEntryHealthRegister, set the continuity of care record to
the downloaded ccr and successfully upload the new entry with the old
ccr.

However if I use a new ccr I get the 500 error.  So I think the ccr I
am creating is off somehow.  Below are the NSLog descriptions for the
relevant objects:
