Hi Mehmet, You can post blood pressure in a single request by using "Blood pressure" for Test/Description/Text, and "120/80", for example, for TestResult/Value.
For profile updates, I am able to update data by accessing the profile feed directly, but not using the gdata-java-client, yet. I'll see what I can figure out.
