I noticed there was an update to the system on 02/19/07 that should have resolved some time zone issues. As of 02/20/07 I am still having the following issue.
When my Blackberry, GooSync, and Google Cal, are all set to the same timezone (-8:00) and I sync using the SyncJe Client, appointments that were added via Google Cal sync fine with my Blackberry. But events added via my Blackberry are off by 8 hours in Google Cal. When I change my GooSync profile to GMT (0:00) The exact reverse happens. Events from Google Cal are off by 8 hours on my Blackberry, and events added via my Blackberry are now fine in Google Cal.
