Hi, Each sync is different, it could finish in seconds or it could take a few minutes, depending on how much data is being transferred.
However, each sync you've performed has stopped recording data to the logs after 5 minutes, still during the phase where the device is sending data to the server. The previous message received from the device indicated that there was still data to be sent from the device, GooSync replied to this message informing the device that the previous events sent were ready for processing, and then it waited for the next batch of data to be sent. The device never sent this next batch of data so the sync basically froze while the server waited for the device to reply. It's possible that the connection from the device timed out, but I would have expected the device to report some sort of error or problem in that situation (although all devices handle time outs differently). Can you try another sync but this time leave it syncing for at least 20 minutes (if possible). Once done let us know so that we can check the logs to see if the sync progressed any further than the others.
