Hi,

There are no records of any sync attempts for the username you sent to
me via email.

However, our records show that there is a 2nd GooSync account
registered under your name and email address. This account
successfully synchronised on March 30th.

Can you confirm which account you wish to synchronise with and also
confirm that the login details entered onto your device are valid for
the GooSync account you want to sync with.
