Hi Heather This error is only generated if you navigate too quickly on the page or if you have a slow internet connection. It's a known problem related to a Microsoft control on the page.
I would suggest waiting for the whole page to load first before selecting a device or consider using a different web browser. If the problem still persists, please tell us what device you what to select and we could set it for you until we find a workaround.
