Hi there, I downloaded the BlackBerry client from Nexthaus, paid for a license, and sync generally works okay. I wiped my Google Calendar clean, and with my BlackBerry Pearl from AT&T, normally synched with Outlook, did the first sync. Most appointments seem to sync over the calendar. So far I've created appointments in Google Calendar, and on my device, and performed manual syncs to see how it goes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've noticed the following quirks, and I am hoping you can address them:
1) all-day appointments sometimes show up twice in Google Calendar, with a time of 00:00 (I'm using a 24-hour clock)--they somehow are not tagged with "all day" appointment, but from 00:00 through 23:59 of that day. Therefore, the appointment just takes up the entire day. 2) The sync seems to alternate between "Slow sync" and "Two-way sync". What is the difference? 3) When I modified an existing appointment on my BlackBerry, and performed a sync, the "slow sync" changed the BB appointment back to what it was before I modified it, and the change did not show up on Google Calendar. I did another sync, which was the "slow" sync, and the change moved over. 4) Random appointments, that are recurring on my BlackBerry have not shown up in Google Calendar. I really want to use this device, and move away from Outlook calendar...but I rely heavily on my very full calendar, and I can't afford to not know when something is happening. I need to know it's as reliable as Outlook. If you can please address these issues for me, I'm willing to work through them with you. Thanks and overall, a great product.
