Yeah you can now upload your key to id.apache.org. I'm not sure how to access 
it to verify a GPG key though at that point.

There is a KEYS file in 0.1, however, it only has Henry's Saputra's key, since 
he was the RM. Because I am rolling 0.1.1, I updated the KEYS file to include 
my key too. I forgot to do it on rc #1, so I rolled rc #2 real quick and 
included it (since modifying the KEYS file modifies the .asc and .md5 and .sha1 
files of the src tarball since we include a KEYS file in it).
