Hi Henry, I think that Ioannis simply didn't provide one with his initial patch (perhaps for missing deps, etc.?)
I commented it out in the 0.1-incubating push to Maven Central. If anyone has the cycles and wants to get it in real quick before I roll the RC, can you please file a JIRA issue and contribute? Otherwise, I don't think it's a blocker to 0.1.1-incubating...
