Hi all,

Happy New Year! Mail-archive.com is now up to version 1.4.5. The
changes went in over the last couple of days to the sorting engine;
and were significant.

Changes:
   grep -F replaces a million greps during sorting
   better new list detection
   better sanity checks on list names
   some progress on the same-letter-to-two-lists bug
   -generous is turned off (finally!)
   a few minor things

More details can be found in the bug tracking system
http://www.linuxcare.com/cgi-bin/mail-archive.com-bugs

What's next? I hope to tackle feature request #5 and #8

Anyway, we'll see what new bugs fallout from the changes - I think it
should go pretty well. (The first few buglets were found and fixed
quite quickly.)

Jeff
