"Follow-Ups" are used in message pages. It means somebody has replied
to the message. ("Replies" might be another good word.)  Look at the

I can't do it. It is the price I pay for using millions of static
files, rather than a big database that generates all pages on the
fly. (There are many advantages from avoiding that database, but
this is not one of them.)

Maybe some day. Currently not a priority. The main page,
and especially the lists-of-lists, seriously needs some revision 
anyway.
