Thus I plan to convert bz and jst to Peers Emeritus of the module.

Thus I plan to add Brendan and Trevor as peers of the module.
As with other recent module changes, I'll schedule these to happen
automatically unless I hear objections. I'll make the changes on
Monday, February 6, two weeks from today.
