For the GPC, those issues are addressed by our de-identificaiton plan that we submitted a while back. Was it approved or commented on by anyone at PCORI? Perhaps we should propose that it be used as a base for a PCORnet de-identification recommendation. The main changes being that it should address the PCORnet CDM, not i2b2. You may be interested to know that their will be a new PCORI PopMedNet DataMart Client in late fall. It will allow for a menu driven query update sometime in the winter. CDM 2.0 will include the ability to add some Patient Reported Outcomes data.
