Please note discussions we had on this early summer before Nathan W left
UWisconsin. We agreed as GPC-DEV to trial the proposal discussed and agreed at
that time to roll out a standard 'provider path' for our network and that a
specialization of that path for instruments specific to patient reported
outcomes would be agreed and standardized across our network so that we can
curate data such as SF-16 or other instruments completed by patients.

Hubert and Mike are just deploying our rendition of healthcare occupations path
for providers and we planned to discuss this again with GPC-DEV in the next few
weeks

4.19 Implementation of patient generated information approach

Jim McClay has requested a meeting with Russ, Betsy, and informatics leads at
each site. I suggested we use the gpc-dev weekly slot
(SoftwareDev#next-agenda<https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/SoftwareDev#next-agenda>
Tuesdays 11am) as many of the informatics leads regularly attend. Brittany is
coordinating.
