I see the data in the observation_fact table now.

But the rest of the code expects each fact to join with the concept_dimension 
on concept_cd.

Maybe I can work around this...

HI Dan,
We only have 560 sequence numbers - 00. -01, 02 etc., which you should see in 
our latest and hopefully final submission. I know I modifed out code to put out 
560 data - let me check why you don't see it.

Sorry I couldn't make it  to the conference call today - was flying back from 
MA and expected to be in Iowa City by 10 am, but all flights to Cedar Rapids 
(and most of the midwest) were canceled. I had to take a bus from O'Hare to 
Iowa City, just got home.
