Did we ever settle on a design for the ICD9 Procedures and CPT Procedures? The HCPCS hierarchy on the UTHSCSA tree on babel looks pretty good, using the AUI’s consistent with the ICD9 diagnosis. And I’m inclined to adopt that one for the CPT hierarchy.
