Hi Dan,

Thanks for revisiting this! I did some digging and all I could find was a link 
to the Query FAQs<https://pcornet.imeetcentral.com/p/aQAAAAAB8FNh>. Menu-driven 
is the model for our other PMN networks. It does look to be optional for 
PCORnet. Sorry for the confusion.

Last week, you said something along the lines of "Everyone will need to have 
popmednet v5.2". That was the first I had heard that this MDQ stuff might be 
required as opposed to opt-in. Can you provide background/context?
