 From our call with the DRN OC yesterday, we were assured that SAS PROCs
 issued for the pediatric antibiotic/obesity trial would contain sets of
 RXNORM and NDC codes that would specify the use cases for antibiotics,
 corticosteroid etc treatments identified in the protocol.  They further
 informed us that the code list in the specification document was not meant
 to be comprehensive but only served as an exemplar.

 I have attached to this ticket UNMC Oracle procedures for our final
 extracts of CDMV3 DISPENSING and PRESCRIBING tables which we have
 deployed.  We are documenting our i2b2 extract procedures which we will be
 sharing with Epic customers via the userweb
