The red dot reflects the status of the demographics form; some code I wrote sets it to complete for records where v52_language is given.
https://github.com/kumc-bmi/bc_qa/blob/rc_codebook/bc2_collect/bc-emr-registry.py#L469 Wisconsin folks, is this as good as it gets? Or do you have language data on this cohort in your EMR? Brad, what would it cost to proceed without language from WISC? -- Dan ________________________________ From: Gpc-dev [gpc-dev-boun...@listserv.kumc.edu] on behalf of McDowell, Bradley D [bradley-mcdow...@uiowa.edu] Sent: Tuesday, December 13, 2016 10:36 AM To: gpc-dev@listserv.kumc.edu Subject: pending issues for second registry/EMR data pull I just want to make sure I understand the status of the second data pull for the breast cancer registry/EMR data. This is my understanding (assuming I’m interpreting the REDCAP reports correctly): · We still need data from UIOWA and MCW · WISC has errors on their demographic data (red dots for those variables in the record status dashboard) Is this correct? If possible, perhaps we could briefly touch on this on today’s call. Thanks, Brad ------------------------------------------------------------ Bradley D.
