Dear GPC team,

Attached you will find detailed Table 1 data for GPC sites in the PBS Aim 1 
individual-level query.  Adult and adolescent results are on two separate tabs; 
results that appear to be outliers (as compared to other sites’ results) are 
highlighted red.  These are also summarized in the “DataChecks-Summary” tab.  
These items should be double-checked and any information you have sent back to 
Jane and I by December 30, 2016.
