Since I cannot access both Clarity and I2B2 on the same machine, I'll have to do this query in two parts. Could someone give me an English description of what this sql is doing? What I'm looking for is something like: Inclusion: The set of patients must have at least one observation fact with weight, with cancer case, with diagnosis. (I2B2) The set of patients must have ACCT_FIN_CLASS_C 2 or 3 (Clarity) Data set: Patient number Social security number Gender: M, F, 0 Date of birth MM/DD/YYYY HIC member number Is this it, or did I miss something?
