Since this is a DROC issue, it is sounding like I can’t release any data
currently.

Mosa, you are right.
In this case counts are de-identified data.
1.Those are just two numbers: total number of people in study sample and
number of pregnant people.
2. Longitudinal representation of counts is how many people is present in those
two categories on monthly basis. Those are also aggregated data type since not
linkable to single person information. In fact. this part could be presented
at meeting as graphs.

Todd, are you in? If so, tell me what code is comfy for you to use for
conversion of data elements into graphs. I will modify my Matlab post
processing code accordingly. Please, give me couple of options.

Thank you.
Alona.

Hi Mosa,

Plotting the counts require a GPC DROC?

Hi Alona,

I think data request needs to go through GPC DROC and release of data needs to
be done by GPC Honest Broker.

Great job, Todd!
1. Is it OK to share counts?
2. Would you mind to add few lines to the code (I will provide those) in order
to plot those counts as longitudinal data? Would be nice to show your and our
plots in our in-person meeting.

Thank you.
Alona.

Comment (by tmcneeley):

I modified the queries to reflect my database and schema and table names.
After the small modifications, I was able to successfully run the first
two sections of the file, and return the counts. Is anything else needed
 for this?
