1. First step, run the 'extraction_tmp_ddl.sql' on github under 'kumc-bmi/nextd-study-support/' to create all the temporary tables. 2. Second step, run the 'NextDSubTable1.sql' code I posted on GPC ticket #545. 3. Third, export the contents in the FinalStatTable or from the last query in 'NextDSubTable1.sql' as a csv 4.
