Hi Russ. The MAR records you have listed look like they encompass ordered, dispensed and administered medications. The specifications for the CRN/CESR Infusions Administered table limits to only actual medications administered. As a result we only see values such as "NEWBAG', "GIVEN", "COMPLETED", "INFUSED", etc. The identifier ORD_CNTCT_TYPE_C = 7 in the ORDER_DISP_INFO table in Epic is the limiting flag we use.
Some sites have constructed an "infusions dispensed" table, but this was done for study-specific aims. Does this help? David C.
